Office Manager

Laksmy has always believed that every child and person has the potential to grow and thrive, and she is passionate about helping them reach their fullest potential. Bilingual in English and Spanish, she values the importance of making services welcoming and accessible to all families.

Since 1996, Laksmy has dedicated her career to supporting children and families through early intervention and special education in both Broward and Hernando counties. She holds a bachelor's degree in Special Education, a master's degree in Varying Exceptionalities, and a specialist degree as an Infant Toddler Developmental Specialist. Most recently, she partnered with families through caregiver coaching that empowers parents to support their child’s development.

In her role as Office Manager at Pathways Counseling Center, Laksmy brings this same dedication to ensuring that clients and families feel welcomed and supported. She is committed to helping Pathways be a place where every person feels valued and confident that they are receiving the services they need in a caring environment.

Receptionist

Heidi is a dedicated receptionist known for her warm and caring demeanor, organizational skills, and commitment to creating a welcoming environment for clients and colleagues alike. At Pathways, she supports daily operations and ensures smooth front-office communication, making every client feel valued from their first interaction.

Heidi is actively pursuing a bachelor's degree in Psychology with a concentration in Mental Health Counseling at Southern New Hampshire University (SNHU). Her academic focus reflects a deep passion for helping others and a long-term goal of becoming a licensed mental health counselor. Balancing work and studies, she brings empathy, professionalism, and a strong work ethic to every interaction.

Receptionist

Yolanda is a dedicated receptionist at Pathways who brings warmth, organization, and a welcoming spirit to every interaction. With a natural talent for communication and multitasking, she ensures the front desk runs smoothly and clients feel supported from the moment they walk in.

Beyond her administrative expertise, Yolanda is also a licensed nail technician with a flair for creativity and precision. Her passion for nail artistry allows her to help clients express themselves through vibrant designs and meticulous care. Whether she's managing appointments or crafting flawless manicures, Yolanda combines professionalism with a personal touch.

Office Manager

Kim is a Florida native who joined the Pathways Counseling Center family in 2014. She attended Pasco Hernando State College, taking various medical and psychology classes with the goal of becoming a nurse. However, after joining Pathways, she shifted her focus and attended Health Care Training of Florida, a branch of ATA, where she became certified in billing and coding.

Years ago, Kim assigned herself the title of "Holiday Director" at Pathways, bringing festive cheer and celebration to the office throughout the year. Now an empty-nester, she has discovered a love for building and rehabilitating furniture in her spare time.

Kim's organizational skills, warm personality, and dedication to the Pathways team make her an invaluable part of the office, ensuring operations run smoothly and clients receive excellent service from their first contact.
