Stacy-Ann Williams

LMHC, Qualified Supervisor

Stacy-Ann is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor who graduated from St. John's University with a Master of Science in Education, focused on Rehabilitation Counseling. Called to the mental health field while in high school, she has been dedicated to easing frustration and pain in others since 2002.

She specializes in working with pre-teens, adolescents, adults, and grandparents, addressing issues such as trauma, low self-esteem, depression, anxiety, and behavioral challenges. Stacy-Ann utilizes Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, mindfulness, and motivational interviewing techniques with a holistic, client-centered approach.

Caring and empathetic, she believes it takes great strength and courage to reach out for help and doesn't take that lightly. Her non-judgmental approach provides a safe environment for healing and growth.

Born in Clarendon, Jamaica, Stacy-Ann has a twin sister whom she loves and admires. She enjoys church, hiking, camping, and celebrating Jamaican sprinters during the Olympics.
