Sandra is a nationally board-certified counselor and licensed practicing counselor of mental health specializing in therapy for individual adolescents and adults. She is licensed to see clients located in the states of Florida, Pennsylvania, and Delaware.

Through empathy and understanding, Sandra integrates relational and behavioral models unique to client needs. Her Person-Centered approach allows her to integrate DBT (Dialectical Behavior Therapy) skills, Cognitive Behavior Therapy, Mindfulness, Motivational Interviewing, ACT, and Solution-Focused Therapy to develop specific therapeutic goals. She has extensive experience working with diverse populations and specialized training in Trauma-Focused Treatment.

Known for her authenticity and curiosity, Sandra creates a caring, safe, and comfortable therapeutic environment for clients to freely explore difficult emotions, gently challenge thoughts and experiences, and believe in the journey to develop a true and honest self. These fundamentals create a space for clients to achieve growth, change, and acceptance.
